Please note that this estimate is not a formal quotation. A formal quotation will be provided upon submitting a booking inquiry.

Fee estimates are based on the Fees & Charges effective from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 and are subject to change annually on 1 July.

Notes and Other Information

A current Public Liability Insurance policy valued at $20 million is required to hold an event.
Additional bins can be ordered via Camden Council’s customer service team on (02) 13 CAMDEN (13 226336). These must be ordered and paid for 4 weeks in advance.
Fees and charges are subject to change as of 1 July each year.
All pricing is inclusive of GST.
GST will apply to any portion of the bond that is retained.
Event details (number of horses, yards, and camping) must be submitted to the booking officer within 5 business days following the event.
Multi-day discount: Fees marked with * are reduced by 50% for each subsequent event day.
